Business Overview of Local Yoga Studio
A local yoga studio wanted help in understanding their data and how certain decisions effected their business.
The Story
Back in March 2020, a former yoga classmate of mine messaged me with questions about data analysis and what they should be looking for. Two years prior to this, she left her full time job to focus on her yoga studio that she had as a side gig and then opened a second location. Everything was going very well, but she struggled to fully understand the business aspect since moving to full time. They remembered that this was up my alley and wanted to ask for my thoughts on this.

Not being tech savvy, she wanted something that was easy to use and understand what she was looking at since her payments provider's software was difficult to understand and navigate. After a few zoom calls, I was able to put together two dashboards for her where she could view metrics regarding her classes and the products she sold in her shop space.
